Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.”

It's better to be over prepared for something then to be under prepared and try to make up something on the spot. If this is the case then why as Christians do we prepare for the day by deciding what clothes we are going to wear, deciding what breakfast to have and what to say when our supervisor observes us but we don’t prepare to witness the love of Christ to someone we might encounter? You never know when someone will ask you why you believe what you believe. We have to be ready at all times to demostrate our faith. We have to be ready to explain why we say we are who we are in our actions more than our words. Someone needs to hear it...whether it's your Uber driver, your coworker, a child, or a random person on the street. One day instead of putting your earplugs in and turning the volume on high be approachable. Move away from timidity and be ready, available living in the present to bless and God will be able to sharpen your skills. Start the day with expecting to be interrupted and asked to do a demo on How it is to be like Christ. You never know when God will put one of His children On the Spot. 1 Peter 3:15
