A young girl unshakeable, undeniably souled out for Christ. She is on the road of triumph leading young girls to true freedom through dance.
You just celebrated your 17th birthday. What are you most excited for in 2014?
I just made the cheerleading squad, I'm excited about that and all the trophies we hope to win! I am looking forward to midterms being over. Most importantly, I pray to grow closer to God and do all things he has me to do this year.
How do you overcome bad days?
I pray and trust God. My faith is what gets me through my bad days. My relationship with God makes me an overcomer.
What do you do for fun?
ANOTHER REALM is what I do for fun. Another Realm is my praise dance group that I love. It's fun because not only do we get to grow, laugh and cut up together we are doing something much bigger than all of us. Every dance we do is God breathed, we are being used like instruments. We get to be used by God...We get to help people know him and love him more as we know and love him more.
How can you help a young girl who might feel like she doesn't have a reason to live?
I would ask her, "Do you know that you are made in the image of God? God made you fearfully and wonderfully you have a reason to live, you have a destiny, you matter. God is a keeper...He will walk with you."
Who are your favorite Christian artists?
Martha Munizzi, Chris Tomlin, Donnie McClurklin, Israel and the New Breed...there are so many.
What is your go to scripture, that has gotten you through rough days because we all have them..
“Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a Future.”
